Privacy policy.
We keep this simple, because our data practices are simple. This policy explains what information we collect when you use asaitechnology.com, why we collect it, and what we never touch.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, contact detail (phone/WhatsApp/email), and message — sent to our email via FormSubmit so we can reply to you. That is its only use.
- Checkout details: if you buy a package, your name, email, and phone are used to process the payment and generate your invoice.
What we never see: your card number, UPI PIN, netbanking credentials, or any payment instrument. All payments are processed entirely by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Payment data goes to Razorpay directly — it never passes through or gets stored on our servers.
Analytics and advertising
We use three tools to understand how the site is used and to reach people who have visited it:
- Google Analytics 4 — counts visits, pages viewed, and roughly where visitors are from. It sets cookies.
- Microsoft Clarity — records anonymised session replays and heatmaps showing where people click and scroll. Clarity masks text and form inputs by default, so what you type is not captured. It sets cookies.
- Meta Pixel — tells us which pages you viewed so we can measure our Facebook and Instagram advertising and show ads to people who have already visited this site. It sets cookies, and Meta may match your visit to a Facebook or Instagram account if you have one.
The first two are used only to improve this website. The Meta Pixel is advertising. You can block all three with any standard ad or tracker blocker, and the site will work exactly the same.
What we don't do
- No trackers beyond the three named above.
- No selling, renting, or sharing of your information with anyone for marketing.
- We never see or store your card, UPI or banking details.
Third-party services we rely on
- Razorpay — payment processing (their privacy policy applies to payment data).
- FormSubmit — delivers contact-form messages to our email.
- Cloudflare Pages — hosts this website and may log standard technical data (like IP addresses) for security, as any host does.
- Google Fonts — serves the typefaces on this site.
- Google Analytics — website usage statistics.
- Microsoft Clarity — anonymised session replays and heatmaps, with text and inputs masked.
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — advertising measurement and retargeting via the Meta Pixel.
How long we keep things
Enquiry emails and invoices are retained as long as needed to serve you and to meet basic accounting obligations, then deleted.
Your rights
Want to know what we hold about you, or want it corrected or deleted? One email is enough: [email protected]. We reply within a few days, not a few months.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with an updated effective date.
